Annual Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) Reports

From 1 September 2015 Daventry District Council introduced a Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL). As per the Community Infrastructure Levy Regulations 2010 (as amended) the council must publish a report detailing CIL income and expenditure as set out in regulation 62.
