Supplementary Planning Documents provide additional guidance on matters covered by Development Plan Documents.
They are not part of the statutory Development Plan, unlike Development Plan Documents. However, Supplementary Planning Documents form part of the Local Development Framework, and will be an important consideration in determining planning applications.
Supplementary Planning Documents that are adopted by the Council and form part of Daventry's Local Development Framework are listed below:
Draft Overstone Hall Supplementary Planning Document
The Council is currently consulting on the draft Overstone Hall Supplementary Planning Document (2021). The document contains information relating to the architectural and historic interest of the hall, as well as providing a framework for guiding planning application and decisions which may affect the significance of the building and its setting.
The consultation runs from 10am Monday 15th March until 5pm Monday 26th April 2021. All comments on the draft document must be received by the Council in writing by 5pm Monday 26th April. Late comments cannot be accepted.
