Want to maximise the chances of getting a tenant as soon as you can?  

Daventry District Council can offer a service to advertise your property.

For a price of £82.00 + vat your property will be advertised through the Daventry HomeChoice Scheme on the HomeChoice website and in the Daventry District Council offices.

There will be no additional charge if your property is not let, it will continue to be advertised until you notify us that it is no longer available.

With a property advert you will be giving a helping hand to those who are looking for accommodation locally.

People who are registered on Daventry HomeChoice will have the choice of registering their interest in your property.

Once there is interest in your property, Daventry District Council will shortlist eligible applicants to enable you to choose who you wish to rent your property.

 

Please note:

  • If you are not already aware if you can let your property through these types of schemes, then please get in touch with your lender.

  • Daventry District Council will not act as a managing agent and therefore landlords will be required to take on full landlord responsibilities.
