  • Enabling the provision of new homes across Daventry District

Allocations Scheme

The Council has now adopted the Housing Allocations Scheme 2017, which can be found here.

The Allocations Scheme sets out the way in which Daventry District Council assesses applications for affordable housing and prioritises them on the Housing Register.  Successful applicants can then place 'bids' on properties they are eligible for via the Council's Choice Based Lettings Scheme -Homechoice@daventry.

The Council may from time to time consider the use of a Local Lettings Arrangement (LLA).

An LLA provides an open and transparent framework, setting out any variations to the Allocations Scheme which may be required to take into account local needs and circumstances.

Current local lettings plans can be viewed by clicking on the individual links below.
