Our Service Delivery

Information and data is captured and published by service areas in a number of different ways.  Some data informs the council of the take-up of particular services and helps shape the way the service is delivered in the future, whilst other information is gathered through surveys highlighting the needs of those using the service.

The information gathered can be published though a monitoring report for the service area or through an equality impact assessment of the service.
