Armed Forces Covenant Northamptonshire

Armed Forces Covenant Northamptonshire provides information and advice on support services available within the county for the Armed Forces community and their families.

Daventry District Council is signed up to the Armed Forces Covenant in partnership with various other organisations including local councils, police, members of the voluntary sector and the civilian community of Northamptonshire.

The Covenant is a voluntary statement of mutual support between a civilian community and its local armed forces community. Its purpose is to recognise and remember the sacrifices made by the members of the armed forces living in the local community, particularly those who have given the most. This applies to current and ex-members of the Armed Forces, families and widow(er)s living in Northamptonshire.

The Armed Forces Covenant website is now online.  A new digital hub for the armed forces community in Northamptonshire including support services, housing, education and employment opportunities.
