Gambling Act 2005
NOTICE is hereby given that the Daventry District Council intends to publish a revision to its Policy Statement (Gambling Act 2005). The revision was resolved by the Daventry District Council (the Council) at its meeting on Thursday 6 December 2018. It will:
1. be published on 3 January 2019
2. come into effect on 31 January 2019
3. be published on the Council's website (www.daventrydc.gov.uk)
4. be available for inspection at Daventry District Council, Lodge Road, Daventry, Northamptonshire NN11 4FP

The Northamptonshire Licensing Partnership is responsible for the administration of all Environmental Health Licensing (excluding Taxi licensing and Street trading licensing), in addition to the Licensing Act 2003 and the Gambling Act 2005.
The Partnership is made up of:
Corby Borough Council | Daventry District Council | East Northamptonshire Council | The Borough Council of Wellingborough | Kettering Borough Council
It was formed to improve the service that the Northamptonshire Licensing Authorities provide, offering a consistent point of contact for all licensing across the five councils.

Gambling Act 2005 – Permits; Licences for Bingo, betting, Gaming, Casinos, Race Tracks, Dog Tracks, Small Society Lotteries, Occasional Notices, Temporary Use Notices, Provisional Statements, Licensed Premises Notifications, Gaming Machine Permits, etc.
