Children in the Daventry District will still have plenty of things to keep them entertained over the Christmas holiday after the thrill of their new presents wears off.
Youngsters can go along to some of Daventry District Council’s free Play Ranger sessions next week where they can watch tropical animals, circus skills or a magic show.
Snakes, spiders and lizards will be at an exotic animals display on Monday, December 29, at Byfield Village Hall from 10am to 12pm, and at Weedon Village Hall from 1pm to 3pm.
Circus skills will be on show on Tuesday, December 30, at Lilbourne Village Hall from 10am to 12pm, while later at Welford Youth Centre a Magic Show is guaranteed to wow the youngsters from 2pm to 3pm.
To find out more about these events or the Play Rangers’ work call Daventry District Council on 01327 302596 or email PlayRangers@daventrydc.gov.uk.
