The Local Development Scheme details future planning documents, namely Development Plan Documents and Supplementary Planning Documents that the Council intends producing during the next three years. Together these will form the Local Development Framework for the District.
A Local Development Scheme for West Northamptonshire (Daventry District, South Northamptonshire and Northampton) was brought into effect in February 2010.
The Local Development Scheme will be reviewed and updated on an annual basis through the Annual Monitoring Report
