Provide a specification to allow for quotations from approved contractors.
Supervise the work in progress
Liaise with contractors
Liaise with planning and Building Control
Make final inspection and sign off completed work
Deal with any other related technical issues
For all minor works we will:-
Obtain a quotation
Liaise with contractors
Arrange for the work to be carried out
