The DDC Housing Strategy team are happy to assist potential developers with the advice and information necessary to provide affordable housing to meet current housing needs.
All enquiries and representations should be made to Daventry District Council - the first point of contact for all affordable housing requests is the Affordable Housing Officer based within the Local Strategy Service, who can offer information and guidance on bringing a site forward for affordable housing. The Affordable Housing Officer in liaison with colleagues in Development Control will be able to provide pre application consultation advice on sites.
