Daventry Sports Park

 

Daventry Sports Park managed by Daventry Active Ltd on behalf of Daventry District Council.

Daventry Sports Park is on Browns Road, Daventry, NN11 4NS

Facilities include:

  • Full size floodlit artificial turf pitch with pavilion
  • Two full size grass football pitches
  • Two junior size grass football pitch
  • Two mini soccer pitches.
  • Seasonal cricket pitch with an artificial strip
  • 12 changing rooms
  • 4 officials rooms
  • Children's birthday parties
  • FREE parking

 

 

Activities available for booking at the Sports Park include:

  • Football
  • Hockey
  • Tennis
  • Athletics
  • Sports Parties

 

 Daventry New Street Recreation Ground

 

Tennis Courts

The tennis courts are a free facility for all users, There is no need to book, just turn up and play.  The nets are up from the first weekend in May to the first weekend in September.

 Rules:

  • No Littering

  • Be respectful for other users that may want to play

Skate Ramp

The Skate Ramp at the Recreation Ground provides opportunities for individuals to practice their skills on this 'Street Course'.

The ramp is ideal for in-line skates, roller skates and skateboards but not suitable for BMX's.

Although the skate ramp is great fun for those skaters, it can be dangerous so make sure protective skate wear is worn, i.e. kneepads and elbow pads and a helmet.


The ramp can be used during daylight hours.

Moulton Sports Complex

 

Moulton Sports Complex is a dual use sports centre used by Moulton School from Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm and open to the public at evenings and weekends.

 

The Complex offers a wide range of facilities for all types of activities and events.
These include:

  • Multi Purpose Sports Hall
  • Fitness Room
  • Floodlit Synthetic Hockey/Football Pitch
  • 6 Floodlit Tennis Courts
  • 4 Floodlit Netball Courts also used as an additional football area
  • Licensed Café/Bar

Activities include:

  • Health and Fitness Classes
  • 40+ Leisure Club
  • Ladies Recreation
  • Children’s Parties
  • Children’s Coaching Courses
  • Family Membership – 2 adults & 2 children
  • Children’s Holiday Activities

You do not have to be a member to use the facilities, however you will save money with membership.
