Town Facilities

Daventry District Council owns several leisure facilities and works in partnership with other agencies to run them.

Since June 2010 Daventry Leisure Centre, Daventry Sports Park and the town football pitch pavilions and New Street tennis courts have been operated for Daventry District Council by Daventry Active Ltd.

Daventry District Council provides funding to help support Moulton Sports complex which is in the far north of the district, working together to actively promote the Activity on Referral scheme ensuring that as many district members as possible can access the scheme.

New Street Bowls Club is owned by Daventry District Council but run on a voluntary basis with funding from the Council by members of the Daventry District Bowls Club, this facility is open from May - September every year as it is an outdoor venue.
