Our aim is to ensure that we are consistent and fair in dealing with all of our customers. We set high standards for ourselves and have monitoring procedures to make sure we achieve them.

Housing advice

We provide free, confidential, impartial advice and support to anyone with housing or benefits problems or who has questions regarding these issues. We can help you in person or over the phone. We can advise you, contact other agencies for you, help you write letters or fill in forms and negotiate on your behalf.

 

Housing Advice

We provide free, confidential, impartial advice on housing related issues, including problems with housing and benefits. We will assist you by looking at prevention measures regarding to homelessness, advising you of your rights and discussing your housing options. We can also help you to complete application forms. 


Daventry and District Housing

DDH was launched in November 2007 after tenants of Daventry District Council voted to transfer their homes to a new, not-for-profit housing association.  Tenants made the decision to switch and they are now focusing on delivering their promises by investing £43m in improving homes in their first five years.
