Fairtrade

Fairtrade is about better prices, decent working conditions and fair terms of trade for farmers and workers in the developing world. The fairtrade mark appears on over 3,000 items such as tea, coffee and bananas. By choosing the fairtrade mark, farmers and workers are able to improve their position and have more control over their lives.

Did You Know - For every farmer helped through fairtrade, a 'ripple effect' occurs within a community improving the lives of a further ten people.
