The Local Development Scheme details future planning documents, namely
Development Plan Documents and
Supplementary Planning Documents that the Council intends producing during the next three years. Together these will form the
Local Development Framework for the District.
The Council released the final version of the Local Development Scheme to the Deputy Prime Minister through the Government Office for the East Midlands in March 2007.
