Evidence Base

An important feature of the new planning system is up-to-date evidence to support the policies and proposals set out in the Local Development Framework.

The Council will prepare an Annual Monitoring Report to assess the Council's progress against the milestones identified in the Local Development Scheme and in implementing policies
