Make sure you are registered to vote

If you have moved house recently or are not already registered to vote, please telephone the Electoral Registration Office on (01327) 302515, and staff will be happy to progress your application by way of the rolling registration process. Alternatively download an application form by using the following link - Electoral Register Application Form.

If you are unable to go to your Polling Station on Election Day you can apply for a postal vote to enable you to vote by post.  Applications must be made before an election is held.  As an alternative to voting by post, you can appoint someone to vote on your behalf at the relevant Polling Station. This is called a proxy vote.
