Equalities - assesment and consultations

In order to ensure some sections of the public are not discriminated against by the Council's actions, all the Council's services, strategies and policies have to undergo an Equalities Impact Assessment. This will involve some level of consultation with stakeholders and the public. The Council's People's Panel is often used to consult with the public.
