The proposed use for the sites is a mixture of leisure, residential, employment, community and educational facilities and mooring basins, which will link to the proposed Daventry Canal Arm.
The plans were revised following public consultation in summer 2009 and further feedback was invited on the proposals during October 2010, both online and at a series of open events. The Council is engaging the community before submitting an outline planning application later this year.
