Payment of a Parking Fine
If you have received a parking fine (an 'Excess Charge Notice'), you may make payment for it directly to Daventry District Council by debit or credit card. Please note that a surcharge of 1.9% applies to payments made by credit cards. You may either make payment by telephone on (01327) 871100 or by visiting the Council offices at Lodge Road, Daventry NN11 4FP. Alternatively, you may pay by cheque. Cash payments are no longer taken at Daventry District Council.
You may also make payment to the Council's parking contractor, Legion Parking Services, using any of the above methods of payment. Cheques and postal orders should be made payable to 'Legion Group'. Please phone 08450 343530 to make payment. The postal address is:

Always quote your Excess Charge Notice number (beginning with 'DV000...') and vehicle registration mark (VRM). Under no circumstance should you make payment to the parking attendant.

If you have lost your parking ticket, please phone Parking Services at Daventry District Council on (01327) 871100. Please have your vehicle registration mark (VRM) handy when phoning.
