Northamptonshire Licensing Partnership

Licensing and registrations

 

Northamptonshire Licensing Partnership are responsible for the administration of all Environmental Health Licensing (excluding Taxi licensing and Street trading licensing), in addition to the Licensing Act 2003 and the Gambling Act 2005.

 

The Partnership is made up of:

 

Corby Borough Council | Daventry District Council | East Northamptonshire Council | The Borough Council of Wellingborough | Kettering Borough Council

 

It was formed to improve the service that the Northamptonshire Licensing Authorities provide, offering a consistent point of contact for all licensing across the five councils.

 

The partnership administer the following types of applications:

 

  • Animal Boarding

  • Dangerous Wild Animals

  • Dog Breeding

  • Gambling Act 2005 – Permits; Licences for Bingo, betting, Gaming, Casinos, Race Tracks, Dog Tracks, Small Society Lotteries, Occasional Notices, Temporary Use Notices, Provisional Statements, Licensed Premises Notifications, Gaming Machine Permits, etc.

  • House to House Collections

  • Licensing Act 2003 – Personal Licences; Premises Licences; Temporary Event Notices; Notifications of Interest; etc.

  • Motor Salvage Operators

  • Pet Shops

  • Riding Establishments

  • Sex Shops

  • Tattooing, piercing, acupuncture, electrolysis etc.

  • Zoo Licences
