Private landlords
The council are working towards an accreditation scheme for private landlords within the district, in conjunction with the East Midlands Landlord Accreditation Scheme (EMLAS). This framework for this should be in place by the end of Spring 2012, please see the following link for how the scheme operates elsewhere in the East Midlands: -
