Child employment young persons at work

Young people do not have experience of hazards in work places and so are more vulnerable to accidents and illnesses.  We would expect there to be excellent levels of supervision of children and young people and controls over what they can / cannot do. For instance a young person of 14 years SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED to clean a bacon slicer, or work from a ladder.
