Performance Indicators
Currently the local authority is assessed against Best Value Performance Indicators (BVPI's). From April 2008 BVPI's will be replaced with National Indicators (NI's). The Council will publish the National Indicator set once the Government has finalised them. The Council also monitors the performance of services through Local Indicators (LI's).
