Complaints - procedure

Please complete the form below if you wish to make a complaint about the Council.

If you have been unable to resolve your complaint through the Council's own complaints procedure please refer to the Local Government Ombudsman website www.lgo.org.uk.  To contact the Local Government Ombudsman Advice Team please call 0845 602 1983 or 024 7682 1960.  The Local Government Ombudsman can investigate complaints relating to most council matters.
