Postal Interventions

Postal Interventions are forms sent to you for us to be able review your current circumstances.  You need to complete and answer all questions and sign and return the form to us within the time limit stated.  You may also be asked to provide evidence of all your income and capital and details of any changes since you last claimed.

Failure to return the application form may result in the suspension or cancellation of your claim for Benefit.
